Another interesting project presented on Archdaily: an innovative museum and cultural center designed by Rojkind Arquitectos and BIG.
The building is located on top of a hill near Mexico City in the best position to dominate around and exploit the view.
The building layout is basically a cross , the result of a study how you could have the best benefits from the provision of administrative spaces and the exhibition: the latter are also designed in response to a sort of survey aimed to collect, from various artists, the best ideas to exhibit their works.
This large cross cantilever becomes also the roof, a large terrace which is projected sull'intorno of Mexico City, enabling visitors to finish their tour with a work no n little suggestive.
